Independent Health Insurance
We offer multiple health coverage options for you and your family. Our licensed professionals can explain all the various plan options that are available to you.
During the annual open enrollment period, which typically lasts from November 1 through December 15 each year, Florida residents can apply for Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance policies.
An ACA health plan may be the best option for you and your family if you don't currently have health insurance. All ACA plans must include 10 essential benefits, such as prescription medicines, maternity care, and emergency services among others.
Additionally, you might be qualified for premium tax subsidies, which might lower the price of your monthly premiums. Bronze and silver plans with no premium costs may be available to qualified individuals.
If you fail to enroll during Open Enrollment, you'll have to wait until you meet the requirements for a Special Enrollment Period. These conditions include specific life events, such as getting married, moving to a new residence, having a child, or losing your employer sponsored health insurance. A Special Enrollment Period might also be made available by the federal government.
